Cool! I didn't know you could get a mortgage without a job!
Well, I do have a retirement check that exceeds the average income around here....in spite of the house prices.

Outstanding - I wish we lived off Jim's retirement check, instead of running in the DC rat race. You guys are doing this whole thing the right way.
